Dr. Nusirat Olatundun Bello

Dr. Nusirat specializes in skills consisting of quantitative and qualitative approaches and associated epistemological theories, competence in critical review of literature and strategies, experience of writing study proposal / protocol and knowledge of good clinical practices. She has knowledge in areas of quality, drug safety, medicine effectiveness and appropriate use in terms of patient perspective, research using real world data in clinical practice and pharmacovigilance.

Besides having experience in peer reviews of publications and presentations, Dr. Nusirat had the opportunity to garner experience with ethical committees and other institutional review bodies like National Research Ethics Committee, Caldicott for personal data protection, and research and development in the National Health Service trust in the UK.

In addition to this she had a chance to be aware and get an insight of the workings of the regulatory bodies in the UK and European Medicines Agency as well as Food and Drug administration (FDA) and the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Nigeria.

Interest Areas:
  • Aiding post-trial, pharmacovigilance and pharmacoepidemiological related studies in understanding safety and action of medicines
  • Providing real world research data/ evidence on experience of illness and treatments in order to increase understanding of safety and effectiveness of medicine (to identify and quantify risks that cannot be detected during clinical trials – to satisfy the drug safety aspect of Risk Management Plans for medicines)
  • Promoting patient centered research from conception of research idea in identifying research questions of direct impact and benefits
  • Identifying strategies for appropriate dissemination of healthcare information and research outcomes and implementation of policy. (Also enhancing communication between healthcare professionals and patients)
  • Providing services to enhance health related research knowledge and skills through training
  • Equipping organizations and individuals with current and up to date health information
  • Providing clear timely advises and implementing efficient operational procedures for best results

Dr. Nusirat is a PhD in Pharmacy Practice & Policy, UK and has also done MSc in Medicines Management from UK. She is a graduate in Pharmacy and her previous experiences include academia and practice in pharmacy in Nigeria and UK.

 

 

Paromita Das

Paromita has more than a decade’s professional experience in diversified roles and different segments. She has experience in managing Public Health Management Programs, Public Private Partnership Projects, Impact Assessment, Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.

  • Process Documentation of Best Practices for future referencing and need based modifications/amendments while scaling up of the Projects and also for making necessary changes during mid –way of an ongoing project

Paromita has worked as the Regional Program Manager, North East with Citizens Foundation towards integrated development of marginalised population. Besides Project Management on Public Health, Women & Child Development, she also worked on business models and business development, arranging for Funding, etc and is a Subject Matter Specialist in Public Private Partnership Models on Pilot models of Government Health Programs.

 

Hemavathy. R

Hemavathy has around 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked in the areas of Stem Cell Banking & Research, Hospital Administration and Hospital Pharmacy.

T Mitra has more than a decade’s experience in content management and technical writing. She has experience in creating content both for corporate and non-profit organizations. She has handled branding & development activities of corporate identities, contributed to the corporate print communications through her work on the annual reports, company newsletters, company literature and media relations. She also has experience in handling MIS for enterprises, preparation of content for the web and internally for the intranet. Separately, she is engaged in preparing and managing investor relations communication such as news releases, presentations, corporate news and events. T Mitra also maintains the database for best practices tools for PR communicators and monitors editorial calendars and articles.

 

Mr. Lolaraknath Upadhyay

With over 7 years of experience in the education sector, Mr. Upadhyay has been involved in coaching and mentoring students, primarily in the subjects of mathematics and physics. He takes keen interest in the practical application of various mathematical and statistical theories in business decisions.

Mr. Upadhyay is MSc in Physics and has done his Bachelors in Physics and Mathematics. He also holds a B.Ed.

Lakshya provides out of the box as well as customized training packages on life skills and employability skills.

LCE is headed by Raghuvir Khanna who has over 14 years of experience in the field of training and has worked for leading Indian and international MNCs like HP and Wipro. He has hands on experience in collaborating with teams across geographies and delivering training in India, Philippines and the US. He is a commerce graduate and holds a post graduate diploma in management along with other training related certifications.
