Every identity or situation is in a state of an ‘Iceberg’ – One-fourth visible and three-fourth invisible.

The invisible part of an iceberg is often misjudged for its size, shape and depth.

The same stands true when we come across any situation or decision making in life. Each situation has an iceberg attached to it. The challenge lies in identifying its profundity which is only possible with a deep dive. What seems measurable and achievable at the face may have an invisible dimension attached to it.
